She is the current wife of king Misuzulu the current king of the Zulu kingdom in South Africa. Asides being a royal figure, she is also a music artist.
Ntokozo was raised mostly in Soweto, there she adopted the name, Street Queen. The title was as a result of her being close to the street life and living in a ghetto area.

The duo have been dating for 12 exactly years before they got married in 2021. They were said to had met during the King’s sister’s wedding to the ex-Transnet executive, Sipho Nyawo.
Ntokozo and her husband’s marriage is blessed with two children.
